Ritual:
1. Brush the left side of the body before moving to the right side.
2. Always stroke toward the heart using light strokes & repeat on the same spot 7 times.
3. Adjust pressure to your comfort levels.
4. A slight reddening of the skin (erythema) is normal, it is the blood circulation responding to the skin brushing.
5. Shower or bathe immediately after body brushing to refresh the skin and wash away exfoliated cells.
Warnings & Care Instructions:
• Allow brush to dry completely before using again. Do not leave in a damp area.
• Never brush on inflamed, broken or damaged skin, e.g., open wounds, varicose veins, sunburn, active cancer states or enlarged lymph nodes
To ensure your robe remains fresh and feeling its best, machine wash with similar colours on a gentle cycle. You can either lay it out flat to dry or put it in the clothes dryer.
