Apply enough drops of your chosen endota essential oil to cover the ceramic disc, allowing it to absorb. Attach to the clip and insert into your car vent. Refresh scent by removing the ceramic disc off clip before applying oil.

Ritual:
1. Brush the left side of the body before moving to the right side.
2. Always stroke toward the heart using light strokes & repeat on the same spot 7 times.
3. Adjust pressure to your comfort levels.
4. A slight reddening of the skin (erythema) is normal, it is the blood circulation responding to the skin brushing.
5. Shower or bathe immediately after body brushing to refresh the skin and wash away exfoliated cells.
Warnings & Care Instructions:
• Allow brush to dry completely before using again. Do not leave in a damp area.
