Apply 1 pump into your hands, avoiding the eye area, gently massage in a circular motion over hands. Rinse well with warm water before applying lotion. Use as often as required
Apply a few drops to the palms of your hands and massage into the breast area in circular motions. Can be applied every day to the breasts after a bath or shower.
Tip: For optimal breast health, conduct a thorough self-examination once a month. If breast feeding wash nipple area before feeding to ensure residues of the product are removed.
Use a small handful, gently massage into damp skin with firm circular motions until the grains are mostly gone. Start from the bottom of your neck and work your way down to your feet. Thoroughly rinse off with warm water and pat dry. Use 1 to 2 times a week. Focus on areas of dryness and avoid face, irritated skin and abrasions.
