True wellbeing is found when you treat all of your senses to moments of kindness and care. Your sense of smell is no exception – and with our ceramic essential Oil Burner, you’ll be set to welcome a whole range of beautiful aromas to match your mood, relieve stress or lift your spirits.
Watch the light dance around your space as the aroma of your favourite endota essential oil fills the room. It’s the perfect companion to a well-rounded self-care ritual.
Fill bowl with water. Add several drops of desired endota spa essential oil. Light candle and insert under bowl.
Firstly, create a time and space for doing this. Light a candle and set an intention for the clearing. Then light the smudge stick and let it smoke. Then wave the smoke around your space, paying particular attention to corners.
Start with fresh, cold water. (The better the water quality, the better the tea will taste.) Place a tea bag in your favorite cup or mug.Bring water to a rolling boil, remove from heat to cool for a moment and pour over your tea bag. (tea leaves are delicate—boiling water will bruise the leaves, causing a bitter taste.)With delicate tea, steep for only a minute or two. (Over steeping delicate tea will result in a harsh flavour).Remove the tea bag, relax and enjoy! (Serve it “clear” or sweeten with honey or sugar).
Massage 2-3 drops of any endota treatment oil or serum over damp skin until fully absorbed. Gently glide roller over face and neck – using our Signature Facial Rolling Technique – taking extra care with the delicate eye area. Follow with your favourite moisturiser.
