Everyday ritual: Dispense a single pump into hands. Massage into skin as required. Top tip: Use as an intensive moisturising treatment under cotton gloves.
Use a small handful, gently massage into damp skin with firm circular motions until the grains are mostly gone. Start from the bottom of your neck and work your way down to your feet. Thoroughly rinse off with warm water and pat dry. Use 1 to 2 times a week. Focus on areas of dryness and avoid face, irritated skin and abrasions.
After cleansing, apply a pea-sized amount into the hand and apply to face & neck. Avoiding the eye area. Use morning &/or night.
When using in the morning follow with New Age SPF 50+ Sunscreen.
