Everyday ritual: Warm a pea-size amount on fingertips pressing gently over face and neck, morning and night. Take care to avoid eye area.
Self-care ritual: Massage a small amount onto clean face in a gentle circular motion. Take care to avoid eye area. Rinse with water. Use 1–2 times weekly for best results.
Add 10g (2 heaped tsp) into 200mL of filtered or coconut water, or in a juice or smoothie. Mix well with shaker or blender. Seal pouch immediately after use and store below 30ºC in a cool, dry place.
Apply a thin layer and massage into areas of muscular tension. Massage until completely absorbed into the skin. Rinse hands well immediately after application.
Can be used 2 to 3 times daily as necessary. Avoid the face, eyes, abrasions, cuts & sensitive areas. For external use only.
